Background
Salpas Consulting is a small business founded by Dr. Peter Salpas in 2003. Salpas Consulting provides Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database expertise, implementation, project planning, and org administration to most industries. We possess expertise in the areas of:
- Administration of Classic and Lightning Experience, Sales and Service Cloud, and both standard and console views for Salesforce
- Creating and managing staff training for unique business units
- Business analysis for direct customer engagement processes
- Business development for enterprise-level coordination
- Project planning and oversight, including database integration and software evaluation
- CRM customization including workflow, process builder, app development, and more
- Integration and administration of third-party apps and software
Salpas Consulting also provides environmental expertise, strategic planning, and Data Quality Objective (DQO) development to federal and private clients. Dr. Salpas possesses expertise in the principles of:

Andrew Salpas
President
Mr. Salpas has been working with customer relationship management (CRM) tools since 2014, in departments ranging from sales to marketing, and healthcare to public policy. He graduated summa cum laude in 2009 with a BA in Psychology from Maryville College in Tennessee and has spent half of his career working directly with special needs and at-risk populations. He is a certified Nonprofit Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, Sharing And Visibility Architect, and Data Architect.
